No communication within staff changing shifts. Filthy carpets, front door hard to open, sat at the tiki bar excellent service but the smell of dog pee was so bad that we left.requested to move to another room for our second night ignoring back from the beach same room as per manager it was too late to get other room hotel full. Phone call from the manger while we were at the beach to my phone which I left in the car. Back to the hotel ask for a new key as per manager it was any information from as to get a new room. No comunication from front desk about request. Sent review to the hotel c/o about the services and room Never got a phone call or apology from management Unhappy customers I used these hotels for many years first time. We have a terrible experience spoil our anniversary trip.
