This was my second stay and I love the location and the staff at the reception. Especially Alua, she is extremely professional, does her job with passion, and not only is she a receptionist but has hidden talents like being a luxury concierge, helping me find the right places while I visited first in the summer. This time around was winter and they offered to get me breakfast takeaway as I was leaving earlier, which was a nice touch. The room was very hot (outside was -28) and it felt cosy and comfortable. Thanks Alua and the reception team for making check-in and check-out process fast and friendly.

Everything was great! Breakfasts were quite diverse and tasty, including a nice corner of Kazakh delights. Room service was super quick and helpful. Atmosphere and vibe were pleasant.
