I stayed 2 nights which I booked separately. I booked the first night through Booking.Com at the advertised cost of $120/night. When I needed to extend I booked through the hotel website. On that website the cost in large letters was $120/night. So I paid for the room. I later noticed my card was charged $186.29. I looked again at the website and underneath the large font on $120 was tiny font with "plus taxes and fees of $66.29. I rang the number as there is noone on site at the hotel and they gave me a load of bullshit about how they had both been booked through Booking.com. After several conversations with them and having double checked with Booking.com and my credit card which says the payment was made to Tudor Hotels. I kept getting the same answer. Obviously their website is designed to fool less observant people into paying more than 50% of the advertised price. I will stick with Booking.com in future and never stay with Tudor Hotels again.
