We had a great experience at this room. Feroz was very attentive and met us at the house when we arrived and helped us get settled in. We were very pleased to find an A/C unit in the room, which isn't common in the UK. The room was well appointed and comfortable and had everything we needed. Feroz also offered to drive us to the airport very early in the morning for a very reasonable price and that was super helpful.
