The front disk manger, un qualify and not polite at all. He deal with the gust very rood. I asked the front desk that I need to check out 2 days earlier due to family issues, and the front desk manager try to give excuses not to refund the money remaining for my stay which I paid the total amount, he try to get a way out by asking me to tell booking.com about the check out, I told him that booking.com have nothing to deal with early check out, it’s the hotel and guest issue to be solved, I been in the hotel on check in date and stay 3 days, now I tell the hotel if I have issues to check out early not booking.com, and sorry to tell you he was so cheap attitude and talk with raise voice, and I ask him to behave as gentleman because I’m not working at your hotel, I’m guests who pay money for the hotel, and you shouldn’t keep money which is not belong to you, for empty room. I need my 2 night refund please.
