Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior from the reception staff. After I completed my check-out, I asked the receptionist to arrange a large taxi because I had several suitcases. She clearly told me there were no large taxis available. I accepted that and told her it was fine and that I would order an Uber myself, which I did, and I left the reception area. A few minutes later, while I was already waiting for my Uber, she suddenly came to me and said: “Your taxi has arrived.” I was surprised and told her that she had already informed me that no large taxis were available and that I had already ordered an Uber. Her response was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said she had nothing to do with it, that I must pay the taxi, and refused to take any responsibility. When I told her that she was the one who ordered it and should have coordinated properly, she simply said “No,” turned her back on me, and walked away. This behavior is unacceptable in any hotel, especially from front desk staff. She gave false information, caused unnecessary confusion, and handled the situation with zero professionalism or customer care. Very disappointing experience, and management should seriously address this issue.
