Disappointing Stay – Not Up to 4-Star Standards I was really surprised by the poor quality of service and lack of basic amenities at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 AM, but the croissants and baked items were already gone 30 minutes earlier. When I asked about it, the staff said it wasn’t their problem and that no one was available to prepare more. The room was missing some basic features: there was no hot water kettle, and most of the power plugs didn’t work. The AC in my children’s room was blowing hot air, and when I reported it to the receptionist, she just said it wasn’t her problem, showing no willingness to help. Although I noticed the gym wasn’t listed on Booking.com, I was still surprised that a 4-star hotel didn’t have one. Overall, the condition of the rooms and the poor service from the staff made the stay disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both facilities and customer service.
